What is OPENsurvey?
OPENsurvey provides a solution for conducting online surveys and questionnaires. You provide us with the questions and let OPENsurvey provide you with the results!
How does OPENsurvey work?
You provide us with survey questions and we create the survey using our web based application survey manager; and all you need to do is then add the OPENsurvey link to your website it’s as simple as that.
How long will it take to create our survey?
For a simple one-page survey with few questions, this can be up and running the same day. Lengthy surveys with multiple complex questions take longer to implement but not more than 3-4 days. Once the survey is complete all you need to do is add the OPENsurvey link to your website.
Can we use our branding within the questionnaire?
Yes. With every OPENsurvey we create a customised header allowing the end user to easily recognise the questionnaire as yours!
Is there a charge for adding new survey questions?
Yes. There is a small nominal charge for updating the survey.
Does OPENsurvey support multi-language surveys?
Yes. With OPENsurvey we can administer surveys in other languages we can even arrange translations for you. Please ask for details and costs.
Do end-users need to download any software for using OPENsurvey?
No. Software downloads are not required.
What about security and privacy issues?
We take security and privacy very seriously and have installed Secure Socket Layers (SSL) 128 bit encryption on the OPENsurvey domain.
Can an unlimited number of respondents access a survey at the same time?
Yes. OPENsurvey is a web-based survey system, so you can have hundreds of end-users participating at the same time. End-users can complete the online survey from anywhere as long as they have an internet connection.
How do I obtain my OPENsurvey results?
Once we have created a survey on your behalf, we will issue you with a unique login and password where you will be able to view survey results. These results are collected and available to download as a CSV file to your desktop, which can be viewed in a format like MS Excel etc
What payment types do you accept?
OPENSurvey is invoiced on an annual basis. On receipt of your purchase order we will arrange an invoice to be sent on 14-day payment terms. Alternatively we can take payment using a MasterCard or Visa Credit card - please note that a 5% surcharge will be added.
- To create a higher participation in your survey, offer an incentive such as a free gift, to encourage people to answer your questions.
- Let everyone who participated in your survey know that you have received their input and that you appreciate their help.
- Questions should be stated as simply and clearly as possible, keep your questions short and to the point.
- The simplest type of data to analyse is that which have only one answer to each question.
